About Us
Our NGO
Better Rehabilitation Blind Welfare Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering visually impaired individuals across India. We believe that visual impairment should never limit a person’s potential. Through inclusive education, skill training, mobility support, and livelihood opportunities, we help them live with dignity and independence. Our programs blend traditional values with modern tools, ensuring every beneficiary gets the resources and encouragement they need to thrive.
Our Mission
Our mission is to bring dignity, independence, and equal opportunities to visually impaired individuals in our community. We are committed to providing quality education, skill-based training, and everyday assistance to help them lead self-reliant and fulfilling lives. By working closely with local families, schools, and volunteers, we ensure that each beneficiary receives personal attention and the tools they need to succeed. Through cultural activities, vocational programs, and awareness drives, we aim to create an inclusive environment where visual impairment is not seen as a limitation but as a different way of experiencing life.
Our Vision
We envision a society where visually impaired individuals are respected, empowered, and fully integrated into community life. Our goal is to eliminate barriers—whether social, educational, or economic—that prevent them from achieving their dreams. We aspire to become a center of hope and opportunity, where every person in our locality can learn skills, find employment, and participate in cultural and social events without discrimination. By nurturing confidence, promoting self-dependence, and spreading awareness, we strive to build a future where visual impairment is no longer a challenge to living with dignity and happiness.

“Our Work, Impact & Partnerships”
The Blind Trust Association is committed to empowering visually impaired individuals across India through a variety of programs. Our Inclusive Education Programs provide access to Braille books, audio lectures, and specialized learning resources, helping students achieve academic success and independence.
We also focus on Skill development & Vocational training to equip beneficiaries with practical skills such as computer literacy, mobility training, and professional development, ensuring they can access meaningful employment opportunities.
Through Arts & Cultural Initiatives, including music, performance, and creative workshops, we create platforms for visually impaired talent to shine. Many of our participants have performed at local and national events, collaborated with NGOs and radio stations, and gained recognition for their work.
Our Volunteer & Community Engagement Programs invite passionate individuals to contribute to teaching, mentoring, and assisting in program delivery. By connecting volunteers with our mission, we amplify our reach and impact on the visually impaired community.
Finally, we actively partner with organizations and institutions to expand our programs. Learn more about our partners and collaborations, including government initiatives and external NGOs that support our mission, creating a stronger, inclusive ecosystem for all beneficiaries.
